Paygenius reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms or additional terms posted on this Site will take effect immediately upon their posting. By continuing to use this Site after any changes, Users indicate their acceptance of those changes.

Paygenius also reserves the right to add, modify, discontinue, remove, or suspend any other content posted on this Site, including features, specifications, and process flows depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice and without liability. Paygenius is committed to ensuring the security, safety, and integrity of its systems and may take necessary steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability, and validity of transactions conducted by Users.

Paygenius Recharges

Paygenius provides recharge services for various prepaid and postpaid mobile phones, as well as DTH services, solely as a reseller. Paygenius is not a telecommunication or DTH service provider but acts as a reseller for services provided by telecommunications and DTH service providers, or other distributors and aggregators.

Paygenius does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the services provided by the service provider(s). Recharges sold by us to Users are sold without recourse against us for any breach of contract by the Telco (telecommunication company). Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the Recharge purchased must be resolved directly between the User (or the recipient of the Recharge) and the Telcom.

BUS / AIR / RAIL TICKETS

Paygenius provides a platform for booking Bus/Air/Rail tickets. Paygenius does not operate transportation services itself. Users have the discretion to select any operator or mode as per their convenience.

1. Paygenius is responsible for providing the platform for ticket issuance, cancellation, refund support, and other relevant information. Apart from these responsibilities, Paygenius is not liable for issues arising during travel, including but not limited to schedule adherence, service quality, and luggage safety.
2. Cancellations or refunds are processed according to the terms and policies of the respective service providers.
3. Passengers must comply with all terms and conditions set by service providers, including possessing a valid ticket, identity proof, and refraining from carrying prohibited items such as combustible materials or weapons.
4. Any facility, service, or amenity advertised as part of a deal or transaction will be provided solely by the service provider. Paygenius is not responsible for such offers or transactions. Users are encouraged to inquire about offers and make informed decisions.
5. For bill payments, insurance premium payments, etc., Users must provide complete and accurate information. Paygenius reserves the right to reject transactions, suspend, or terminate User accounts for incomplete or incorrect information. Paygenius is not liable for any liabilities arising from reasons not explicitly listed here.
   1. Insufficiency of funds in User’s account
   2. Information provided by the user is incomplete, incorrect
   3. Any discrepancy or rejection by the service provider (to whom the payment is to be made for services).
   4. Any reason not attributable or beyond the control of Paygenius.
   5. Rejection by the bank or financial institution for any reason as per their procedure/process. Paygenius shall intimate to the User about the failed payment.
